These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AutoVibin, including the website at autovibin.com and any related pages, features, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AutoVibin is an entertainment-oriented discovery tool that helps you browse third-party vehicle listings by matching them to lighthearted, editorial "vibe" categories. AutoVibin is not a car dealer, broker, lender, or seller. It does not own, sell, or take part in any transaction for the vehicles shown. Any purchase, financing, or other transaction is solely between you and the applicable dealer or seller. AutoVibin is a discovery and referral channel that links you back to the source listing.
The "vibe" names, taglines, blurbs, and match copy on the Service (for example, and without limitation, labels such as "Drug Dealer," "Little Man Syndrome," "Karen," "Crypto Winter," and similar) are humor, satire, and editorial commentary about vehicle archetypes. They are not literal, not factual, and not statements about any real person, group, dealer, manufacturer, or the actual condition, legality, or history of any vehicle.
Vibe categorizations are generated automatically from generic listing attributes (such as body style, price, color, and drivetrain). They are opinions and jokes, offered for amusement only. They are not assertions of fact and should not be interpreted as describing, endorsing, accusing, or characterizing any individual or entity, or as suggesting that any vehicle has been used for, or is suitable for, any particular purpose. Nothing on the Service is intended to defame, disparage, or make any factual claim about any person or organization.
By using the Service you acknowledge and agree that these names and descriptions are non-literal creative expression and that you will not rely on them as fact.
Vehicle listings, images, pricing, mileage, specifications, availability, and dealer details are supplied by third-party data providers and dealers. AutoVibin does not create, verify, or guarantee this information. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unavailable, and pricing and availability can change at any time. Always confirm all vehicle details, pricing, availability, and terms directly with the dealer or seller before making any decision. AutoVibin is not responsible for errors in, or actions taken in reliance on, third-party listing data.
The Service does not provide financial, legal, insurance, tax, or professional purchasing advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, finance, or insure any vehicle. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
AutoVibin is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, dealer, or brand referenced on the Service. All vehicle make, model, and trim names, and any other third-party names, logos, and trademarks, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.
Every vibe illustration on the Service is original artwork created for AutoVibin. The illustrations are stylized, exaggerated cartoons drawn to convey an archetype, a mood, and a joke. They are not photographs, technical drawings, or depictions of any particular vehicle, and they are not intended to represent, replicate, or stand in for any actual make, model, or product.
The illustrations deliberately carry no manufacturer emblems, badges, hood ornaments, wordmarks, or brand typography, and license plates are shown blank. Because the artwork depicts common categories of vehicle, such as a pickup truck, a minivan, a two-seat convertible, or a boxy off-roader, a drawing may share general proportions with vehicles a viewer recognizes. Any such resemblance is incidental and unintentional, is inherent in drawing the category at all, and does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, endorsement by, or any connection to any manufacturer or brand. Section 6 above applies to the artwork in full.
The illustrations are AutoVibin content for the purposes of Section 8 below. If you believe a specific illustration misrepresents your brand, contact us and we will review it.
The AutoVibin name, logo, the vibe engine and its scoring logic, the vibe names and written copy, the site design, and all other AutoVibin content are owned by AutoVibin and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial browsing. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from the Service or its content without prior written permission.
You agree not to: use automated means to scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent the vibe content as factual to any third party.
AutoVibin collects limited, privacy-preserving usage analytics (such as page views and which vibes are opened). Visitor counts are derived from a daily, salted one-way hash of IP address and browser user-agent; this rotates every day and is not used to identify you. AutoVibin does not sell personal information. Third-party dealers you click through to have their own separate privacy practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. AutoVibin does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing or vibe match will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoVibin and its operators, owners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, the vibe content, or any third-party listing or transaction. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoVibin and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
The Service links to third-party dealer and seller websites. AutoVibin does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, or practices of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
AutoVibin may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of AutoVibin resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
